Refund policy

General Returns

 

Refunds are processed for unused candles returned in their original condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the candle has been used (e.g., lit), we cannot issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

In the case of a damaged or faulty product, a return shipping label will be provided. Once the item is returned, we will send out a replacement.


 

Exchanges

 

Due to the customizable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
