Refund and Exchange Policy

What is your refund policy? 

We do offer refunds if the item has not been used/lit and is received back in the same condition as sent out. This is subject to a 14 day grace period, after this time a refund will not be accepted. 

What is your return policy if there is Damage/Wrong product/ Manufacturing Defect? 

We will refund/replace the candle if there is damage / the product is unsatisfactory. If this does occur, please contact us through our social media platforms or at info@thetipsyhouse.co.uk and we can process a refund or replacement. 

Discount 

Do you have any discount codes? 

We don't offer any discount codes at this present time, however we do present seasonal automatic discounts available at checkout. 

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping prices across the UK? 

The prices for shipping are £3.45 for one order, then £5.99 for orders of 2 candles or more. 

Do you offer local collection or delivery?

 Get in contact with us and we will see what we can do 

 How long will it take to arrive?

Once we have received the order we will endeavour to have your candle to you within 7 days. This does vary as it requires at least 3 days for your candle to be made and cured.
